From the first session on Thursday we worked with a view to finding the best set-up and the ideal situation for a good performance in qualifying.

After various tests we went into qualifying adopting solutions which, however, did not lead to the desired results but allowed us to collect new data to prepare the bike for the second qualifying. Unfortunately, the latter was characterized by rainy conditions and did not allow us to improve our position on the starting grid.

Race 1 therefore starts in fourteenth position; after an excellent start in which Stefano recovers ground, a technical problem marks the end of the race, forcing the driver to retire.

The second race of the weekend also began with a good start which was immediately undermined by the fall of two riders in front of Stefano; this led him to lose some positions which however were largely recovered during the race which ended in ninth position.

Moto3 | Daniel DA Lio

The growth path of Daniel, a rookie driver from minor trophies, continues. During the long race weekend, work was done to allow the driver to find the right feeling with his beon to lower the times recorded in the first round of the championship.

The first qualifying saw him line up in sixteenth position and the second, due to the weather conditions, did not lead to an improvement in the starting grid.

Both races were positive as, although we have not yet reached a significant position, the times have improved significantly.
