EVENTO SICURO
By purchasing the “EVENTO SICURO” package you will have the opportunity to get back the booked date in case, for any reason, you can no longer participate in the event. This package can be stipulated only and exclusively at the time of booking (which in turn must take place at least 14 days before the event). It costs € 93,00 for the Mugello circuit and € 83,00 for the Misano and Cremona circuit. The coverage has a 10% deductible.
How does it work? In case, you can no longer participate in the event, the “ EVENTO SICURO” package gives you the chance to cancel the reservation at any time sending an e-mail to: info@rossocorsaonline.com . Attention: without sending the email, the coverage cannot be activated. The amount paid (excluding the cost of the package “ EVENTO SICURO” and the 10% deductible) will be recognised as a credit that can be used in full, within one year of the insured event, to book ONE new day of free practice on the track organised by the G.S.A. Organization s.r.l.
Purchasing daily pass for Mugello: € 309,00 circuit cost € 93,00 package “ EVENTO SICURO”. In case you buy the”EVENTO SICURO” package you can recover € 278,00 in ONE day of free practice.
The ability to activate the “EVENTO SICURO” coverage automatically expires with access to the track.
WARNING – PLACE BOX / EXCLUSIVE BOX
The cost of the place box will be included in the calculation of the credit to be recovered only if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the event. In the case of purchasing an EXCLUSIVE BOX, the related amount will be considered in the calculation of the credit to be recovered only if the cancellation is made by 09:00 on the same day of the event, and only if the box has not been used, even partially.
The SAFE EVENT coverage lapses at the moment the liability waiver is signed, by which you declare that you accept the track conditions and waive any voucher or compensation.
RAIN INDEMNITY
The rainy day fund is available on all free practice dates organised by Rosso Corsa by G.S.A. Organization srl and guarantees, in case of rain, the total recovery (divided on TWO events) of the day’s entry fee.
ATTENTION: This type of insurance can be activated ONLY in case of rain and/or wet track and IT DOESN’T cover any other reasons..
The cost of the rain coverage is €63.00 for Mugello, €58.00 for Misano, and €55.00 for Cremona. This amount must be paid strictly at the time of booking (which must be made at least 14 days before the event date).
The coverage has a 10% deductible and allows you to recover the amount paid (excluding the cost of the coverage and the deductible) over at least two events within two years following the date of the event in question.
Example: if the day costs €299.00 + €55.00 (rain compensation cost), in case of activation of the coverage you will be able to recover €299.00 – 10% = €269.00 in TWO events within 2 years (therefore, 2 vouchers will be issued, each worth €134.50).
The possibility to activate the rain coverage automatically expires upon entering the track.
WARNING – Pit garage / Exclusive garage
The cost of the box is not fully included in the calculation of the recoverable credit. In the case of booking a box, the rain compensation allows you to recover 50% of the garage cost.
