Description
The international Algarve racetrack is used for competitions, it is located in the south area of Portugal, nearby Portimao. Till now, it’s one of the most modern circuits of the old continent, and it was inaugurated in october 2008, and it played host the first official competition on 2nd november thanks to the latest examination/test of the World Superbike Championship 2008.
The structure is flanked by a kart track, a technology park, a five-star hotel, a sports building and several flats. A "motorsport citadel" that extends over an area of about 300 hectares on the hills around the Portuguese town.
